Members, we are now able to accept your credit cards for payment of the cash fees owed to the exchange. We hope this makes it easier for you to pay your service fees. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover can be accepted.
All members with a negative balance & all members that are PAST DUE on your account are hereby REQUIRED to submit valid credit card information to the exchange before you can purchase any item on trade. Call the exchange with your credit card info.
Other members in good standing, those with a positive balance & not past due, may wish to have your cash fees paid with a credit card. You should call the exchange to submit credit card info. All cash fees are due to the exchange by the 20th of the month & are considered past due after that date.
The acceptance of credit cards is an attempt to be sure the trade exchange can get paid for its services. Your cooperation in these matters is appreciated.

Many of our members may or may not know, but almost 2 years ago I moved from West Monroe,LA to Lafayette, LA, but I have maintained my membership in the Bartering Club because I do believe so much in this concept. I am now an active member in Business Express in Lafayette, a local club. In February 2007, I rolled the dice, took a chance on joining a startup network marketing company called Max International (www.Max.com/337) marketing a BREAKTHROUGH nutritional supplement called MAX GXL (Glutathione Accelerator). Since that humble beginning when I began sharing this opportunity, our team has grown to over 22,000 Max Associates in USA, Canada, and the Philippines. I had my 65th birthday in November, and instead of worrying about retirement, or my 401 K, or my financial future, I am having the time of my life working with Entrepreneurs all over the country. In the current economic times, many people are realizing that having a home based business can not only add additional income from the company they chose, but many of the people you will meet while building your business will actually benefit you in others ways both socially and economically.

Here is my very special offer to each member in the Trade Exchange. I am having a luncheon at the ATRIUM Hotel on Louisville, Ave on Tuesday January 19th from 12-1 pm CST. This luncheon is $14 for the meal. I would like to invite you to come to this luncheon. (Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to noon to select your menu item, so we can start the Seminar on time.) This luncheon is for the purpose of providing those who attend the information regarding the product MAX GXL, and it's wonderful benefits. Max International's owners are the two largest infomercial companies in America. In October of 2009 we became the first company in history to have our own one hour weekly television show called Max GXL TV. The show features interviews with the Founders, Medical Professionals, Athletes, and Max Associates. This luncheon will share some of these stories. In is my hope that everyone who attends at the very least will purchase MAX GXL for their own good health. It is available 100% on trade. It is also my hope that some of your will look at this as a business opportunity to add income to your family on a part time basis. I am also open to
setting up a few members as Max Associates with me paying the startup costs, and you using 100% trade. You can get a little heads up by going to my personal website at www.TeamMax.Max4u.com So you have absolutely nothing to lose by attending this luncheon to hear the information presented. Hope to see you there.

We understand that things come up and conflicts do arise, however due to the time involved in permanent makeup procedures we charge $75 for appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 business-hours in advance. Thanks Terri It's Permanent 01/08/2010

We have a large number of members that have not paid their cash fees. It is late after the 20th of the month. Pay your cash fees today.
We need to get all trade posted before the end of the year so that all members will have their accounts accurate. Mail in all trade today. 12/30/2009

Members, when you receive scrip as payment for purchases at your business, you are required to turn that scrip in to the trade exchange for deposit into your account. IT CANNOT BE RE-USED. That is plainly stated on the scrip, ONE TIME USE ONLY. When they pay you with scrip, that is the one time use. If you re-use scrip given to you as payment, you will be charged a 100% cash fee for this violation of Trading Rules & Regulations. Remember you may get several new customers as a result of members giving scrip as Christmas bonuses to their employees. They could become regular cash customers to you. If you have questions about the use of scrip, call the exchange. 12/29/2009

Members, we only have a few days left in the year. You should check your year-to-date sales & purchases totals to see if you need to make some tax-deductible purchases before the end of the year. We report all sales to the IRS as required by law. Your tax-deductible purchases subtracted from your sales will be your tax consequence. The closer your purchase total is to your sales total, the less the tax. Make tax-deductible purchases now.
Call the exchange to get those totals. Give us enough time to research that for you so you have enough time to make the purchases. Some examples of purchases may be SCRIP for customer appreciation gifts, advertising, printing, repairs and donations. 12/28/2009

The trade exchange office will be closed Dec. 24 thru Dec. 27 for the Christmas holidays. We would like to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. And remember that Jesus is the reason for the season. 12/23/2009

Members, see the following announcement from It's Permanent. Call them at 340-1778 to order gift certificates. Great last minute Christmas gifts. 12/22/2009

As has been previously announced, but apparently not read, Tummy Yummy Creations is not accepting trade until after Christmas. Please honor this members request. 12/17/2009
